Biography
Niall leads the Life Science and Healthcare practice in Ireland. He has over 22 years’ experience, 14 of which have been spent in consulting and the remainder in industry in new product development, operational improvement and corporate finance.
He has a track record of delivering growth strategy, technology commercialisation, business transformation and development of new business models. He has worked across several industries, notably life science and healthcare but also telecoms, construction, financial services, retail, and logistics. His life science experience projects range from adjacent market entry, commercializing tokenisation, business turnaround to energy transition.
