Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence Award

Entries should demonstrate excellence in managing pharmaceutical supply chains and logistics to deliver reliable, efficient and resilient product supply. Judges will consider areas such as demand and capacity planning, inventory optimisation, supplier management, production scheduling, warehousing, distribution, cold-chain management and risk mitigation. Submissions should describe the challenge addressed, actions taken and measurable improvements achieved. Strong entries will demonstrate effective collaboration, use of technology or data and clear improvements in areas such as service, resilience, lead times, inventory or forecast accuracy.
