Pharma Manufacturing Team of the Year

Entries should demonstrate how a pharmaceutical manufacturing team, of any size, delivered exceptional results through collaboration, shared ownership and effective leadership. Teams may include representatives from manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, technical operations, maintenance, regulatory, IT or other relevant functions. Judges will assess objectives, teamwork, problem-solving and measurable impact. Submissions should provide evidence of achievements in areas such as quality, productivity, reliability, cost, safety or supply and demonstrate how the team overcame challenges and created sustainable improvements.
