People & Talent Development Award

Entries should demonstrate excellence in developing, engaging and retaining talent within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Initiatives may include technical training, apprenticeships, leadership development, succession planning, career pathways, coaching, mentoring, skills transformation or workforce engagement programmes. Judges will consider the quality and relevance of the initiative, employee participation and alignment with organisational needs. Submissions should provide evidence of improvements in areas such as skills, competency, engagement, retention, leadership capability or workforce readiness and demonstrate how the initiative supports future capability.

Judging criteria

Training, skills development, employee engagement, retention and workforce development
