Operational Excellence Award

Entries should demonstrate significant and measurable improvements in pharmaceutical manufacturing productivity, efficiency, reliability or overall performance. Initiatives may include lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, process optimisation, waste reduction, equipment effectiveness, cycle-time reduction or other performance improvements. Judges will assess the problem identified, methodology, implementation and employee involvement. Submissions should include quantitative or other meaningful evidence of results and demonstrate that improvements have been embedded into ongoing operations and can deliver sustainable value.
