Health, Safety & Wellbeing Award

Entries should demonstrate an outstanding commitment to protecting and improving the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and contractors within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Submissions should highlight initiatives that have strengthened safety culture, reduced workplace risks or incidents, improved working conditions or supported physical and mental wellbeing. Judges will consider leadership commitment, employee participation, risk management, training and communication. Entries should include measurable evidence where appropriate and demonstrate how health, safety and wellbeing are embedded into everyday operations and organisational culture.
